Efficient Ductwork Design & Seal is designed to prevent leaky ducts and has undergone thorough air leak testing to meet the Earth Advantage standards. As a result, homeowners can be confident that the system has been rigorously tested and approved to mitigate air loss.

Energy Star Qualified Furnace has an annual fuel utilization efficiency (AFUE) rating of 90% or greater, making it about 15% more efficient than a standard furnace.

R-30 Insulated Floors provide above code thermal protection helping to reduce energy cost and providing a more comfortable environment.

Vinyl Windows that exceed the minimum state code requirements.

House Tightening Measures are engineered to promote comfort by maintaining warm indoor air and preventing cold air from entering. It is achieved by tightly sealing any penetrations, such as those for plumbing, electrical, ducts, gas piping, and other components, to ensure an airtight seal.

Extensive Window Flashing has been installed to reduce water penetration into the walls and prevent potential damage that could compromise the overall performance of the home.

Fresh Air Intake Damper has been installed in the HVAC system with a fresh air intake has been installed to ensure optimal air quality throughout the new home, particularly when the furnace is in operation.

Hot Water Circulation System has been installed as an innovative water-saving solution has been integrated to provide the homeowner with immediate access to hot water at each tap. It is achieved through a superior plumbing layout and design, which includes the installation of a small yet powerful circulation pump at the water heater.

Central Vacuum System has been pre-plumbed and primed to accommodate a comprehensive built-in vacuum system for the entire house. The system is designed with an exterior vent to prevent the recirculation of dust, pollen, and other allergens, thereby improving indoor air quality and ensuring a healthy living environment.

Solid Factory Finished Wood Flooring features innovative flooring materials that mitigate the odors and off-gassing commonly found in conventional hardwood floors. The design element enhances overall comfort and longevity, as flooring can be refinished multiple times before needing to be replaced.

Energy Star Qualified Lightening – LED fixtures reduce the lighting consumption up to 90%.

Solar Water Heater is heating water by sunlight, using a solar thermal collector.

Sealed Gas Fireplaces W/Electronic Ignition engineered to promote healthier indoor air quality by reducing the presence of carbon monoxide and other harmful gases within the home. Additionally, it maximizes energy efficiency by eliminating the need for a pilot light, resulting in significant energy savings.

Third Party Moisture Testing has been completed on the home during the framing stage. This is completed and approved before any insulation or sheetrock has been installed and will assure a healthier home by reducing the chance of mold.

Recycling Job Waste has been completed on the home by an independent third party to help minimize the amount of waste that could potentially end up in landfills.

On-Site Storm System has been installed below-ground rainwater collection system is installed on a job-by-job basis to keep roof rainwater on-site and reduce the unnecessary strain on storm systems in our cities and counties.
